Edulink International Campus, Colombo celebrated Poson in grand scale with “Dansala” and model of “Mihinthalaya”.

Poson, considered to be the second most important Buddhist festival in Sri Lanka. As guided by Dr. Gayathrika Kiriwattuduwage, Campus Director Edulink International Campus Colombo, Edulink staff celebrated Poson in grand scale by giving “Kadala Dansal” (Boiled chickpeas free food stall) in Edulink International Campus, Colombo premises on 14th June 19, 2019 from 3.00 p.m.Delicious chickpeas were produced according to given health standards and hygiene environment with the help of Edulink staff. This was a set up with aim of giving away food to people sees the participation of all religious and ethnic groups.
Moreover, Premises was decorated with a model of “Mihinthalaya” which reminds the pathway leading to the summit of the rock where Arahat Mahinda Thero has first preached to King Devanampiya Tissa, are thronged with countless devotees.
